When you submit a booking request or contact form we collect the details you provide: your name, mobile number, WhatsApp number, email address, service address and area, the service you need, your preferred date and time, and any notes or images you attach.

We also record basic technical information automatically: the pages you visit, the page that referred you, your device type, browser and operating system, and an anonymised identifier so we can count unique visitors. That identifier is a salted hash that rotates daily and is not linked to your name.
